My bro bookmarked this blog for me and I have been going through it for the past couple hours. This is really going to benefit me and my friends for our class project. By the way, I enjoy the way you write.
I do enjoy the way you have presented this specific problem and it does indeed present me personally a lot of fodder for thought. Nevertheless, coming from what I have seen, I simply trust when the actual responses stack on that men and women continue to be on issue and in no way embark on a soap box regarding some other news of the day. I live in Costa Rica and am about to publish a community newspaper, what are the steps to go about copyrighting the name and articles published in it? And also when can one start using the copyright symbol?.
Dear Costa Rica Publisher:
Normally, whenever your original articles and community news is created, it’s considered as copyrighted to you or to your company. You will need to check the laws in your country, but in the USA, you’re not required to register your work with the U.S. Copyright Office. You also do not have to use the copyright symbol.
However, when your company name is trademarked, that does require filling out legal forms and making sure that you’re not about to use a name that’s already in use.
In the USA, you can call the copyright office at 1-202-707-9100 for an application form, and the cost is $30.00USD. Actual copyright protection can take up to 9 months and it could entitle you to be paid damages if you successfully sue someone for copyright infringement.
You are not required to state your copyright (for example, “Copyright 1999 CompanyNewsletters.com”) within your work. However, you may wish to do that anyway to remind readers that unauthorized reproduction of your newsletter’s articles is prohibited.

What service do you use for RSS feed? Is it feedburner? I ask because I cant figure out how to install a RSS service on my Blogger blog. I wouldn’t get any of that techy stuff if my life would depent on it :s So if you use a RSS feed service please let me know. Thanks! Jen
Ok normally I don’t post on you blog but now I really have something to say here. I couldn’t find a contact form so I decided to do it here (delete if you want). Your blog is pretty vulnerable to XSS attacks and htaccces attacks. I am just saying, there are a lot of reports of wordpress blogs being hacked lately (Google it) and yours is just as vulnerable. Good post. I be taught one thing more difficult on completely different blogs everyday.
