Feedback testimonial from Daniel Burke, author of The Illegal President

Candace was a wonderful editor. She was knowledgeable, encouraging, and extremely helpful. Her insights into the story were most valuable as we were able to incorporate her suggestions in a way which truly improved the finished work. We would love to work with Candace again.

Testimonial From Marjie Schaefer, author of Grace Encounters: A Bible Study

Dear Candace,
Yesterday, I was searching for a legal pad to begin my homiletical study of the verses of James.  I found one that I had used previously which contained not only my study notes for Grace Encounters, but my very specific, written-down goals for 2011.  One of the goals I had ‘scribed’ which really surprised me, 10 months later was this: be published at age 50.  I had to laugh!  What joy to see that in black and white and then to marvel at how God did that through you, His submitted vessel, just 10 months later!  And–I’ve only been 50 since June!

I cannot thank you enough for all of your labors on my behalf. Thank you again for believing in me and supporting me and encouraging me.  I am getting a greater vision for the published work of GE and asking God to really let it ‘shine’–like a city on a hill.  May He use it to build His Kingdom.

Just had to share that with you. So very grateful you are in my life and you are my friend.
Love and blessings to you today,
Marjie

Thank you From Stephanie Treadway – An Apple is Worth a Thousand Words

Thank-you for all the hard work you put into my dream. It means a lot to me
to have one of my books published and I know it’s been a long and bumpy road
but I’m very glad how my book turned out.
So, thanks again,
Stephanie

How I Published My Book and Sold Thousands of Copies

I can’t begin to say how helpful Candace Sinclair was in the writing, editing and promotion of my book. I have dealt with many people who claim to know the “publishing business”, but none have been as helpful as Candace. She has superior attention to detail, which is critical to putting out a professional product in today’s highly competitive market. I continue to use her services. When my next book is finished, she is the first person I will look to for advice and editing.

Sincerely,
Kenneth Tingle

OMG!!
Imagine my surprise when I went to the mailbox you are wonderful.  I about sat down and cried because I was so surprised [ to hold my first published book in my hands] I could barely think.
Our postmaster and some of the other people in our small town were starting the buzz about it they are friends too.

God has blessed us all. I love all of you my brother would be very proud of this book and I wish he were alive to see it. Thank you again for all your hard work I am ready to move forward and market this book.  God bless you and thanks for making my monday.
~Jacque

Endorsement From Charles Vella, author of Park Benches and Nameless Strangers

Candace,
I am sure you do not need my endorsement, but I need to write one. Yes. You are technically skilled and highly efficient in putting my “stuff” out there and making me look like I did one heck of a good job. That is not why I need to write this letter since there are many who offer the same services.

I need to thank you for your personal attitude towards me as we worked on my novel. I do not often encounter such folks as honest, pleasant, and willing to go the extra mile for my benefit.

In my words—ya done me good!
Thanks. Chuck

Testimonial From Dr. Jeanmarie Pinto

Candace, like I always tell myself, it takes more than a good eye and grammar skills to be an effective editor. Proficiency with handholding and psychology, as well as the patience of a saint are required as well!

Testimonial From Daniel Kenyon, author of Dark Highway, Utah’s Strange Tales

I can honestly say that even though it took me 5 years to get this book into print, I couldn’t have gotten it done at all, (given I’m not a full time writer) without the writing class I took from the Writers Mentor. The advice, support and experience I got from Candace was well worth it, and took “Dark Highway , Utah’s Strange Tales” from idea to reality.

Anyone looking to get a book done and ready, should simply consult “The Writer’s Mentor”.

My book is available on Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble and on order through bookstores. I am working on a blog for now and will have to rely on cheap ways to promote, like social sites and blog and business cards. I hope to have a book signing in October to take advantage of the season and timing. I want to create an unusual event rather than a person at a table with some books next to him. I want large cut outs of bigfoot in the store, maybe costumes worn by actor/friends wandering the store, t-shirts whatever, I have some time to plan. Thanks for all the help, and input!

Have a great year! Dan
